<Valves/Vessels> is a dance film project created by Euginia Tan, Wong Jin Yi, Wan Man, and myself, as part of a residency with Raw Moves. The work is based on Euginia’s poems Clams, and choreographed by Jin Yi and I. Wan served as director pf photography, assisted by Ore Huiying.

The work centers around two marine organisms, moving around a city scape alone, finding companionship in each other. It is a reimagining of the consciousness of marine organisms in the vast ocean. <Valves> looks at the intricacies of the relationship, while <Vessels> takes a more macro view of it.
